General Convention Program

A highlight of the ILA Convention is the Awards Banquet, where we celebrate our members and their accomplishments. You may wish to nominate someone for an ILA Award. Your dinner is included in your registration fee. If you wish to bring a guest, you may do so for an additional fee. You will be asked about guest meals on the registration page.

Important Payment Information

Registration fees must be paid in US dollars online by credit card or checks drawn on US funds. Registration is non-refundable. On-site registration or if you register and pay on or after 5 PM (US Central), JULY 20, 2023 there will be an additional $50 fee.

There are options for virtual registration and for on-site, face to face registration.

We have people registering from all over the world, and places are limited. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received. Please complete your reservation to pay and secure your participation. If you register but do not pay, your registration will be deleted after 2 days. We will reserve your place as soon as we receive payment of your fees. You are sent an invoice which makes it easy and timely to pay your fees for the convention. If you need to make any special payment arrangements for convention fee payment, please send an email to info@listen.org

If you register and pay on or after 5 PM (US Central), JULY 20, 2023, or if you register on-site in Germany, a $50 fee will be added to to your convention registration rate.

Catering

Convention fees include the Wednesday evening reception, Thursday AM and PM refreshment breaks, Friday AM, refreshment break Saturday AM and PM refreshment breaks, and the Saturday ILA awards banquet. Please order extra reception or banquet tickets only if you are buying for a guest. You can indicate any special dietary preferences on the registration form. We choose buffet menus whenever possible which provide options. While we do not have specifics of the banquet, please indicate your general dietary preferences. We will do our best to honor specific requests.
