ILA members in 25 countries will be glad to work with you, connect with you, encourage you in the valuable work you are doing. If you have something different to say, you are especially welcome to submit an article.

Preparation of the Manuscript General Points
Please keep the layout of the text as simple as possible. In particular, do not use the options to justify text or to hyphenate words. However, do use bold face, italics, subscripts, superscripts etc. The text should be prepared in APA format. Use an informative title for your paper and provide a maximum of 6 keywords which are used for indexing purposes. Insert all figures, figure captions and tables within the text at the appropriate location. Define abbreviations that are not standard in this field at their first occurrence in the article and ensure consistency of abbreviations throughout the article. References should be prepared in APA Style (Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, Fifth Edition, ISBN 1-55798-790-4). Collate acknowledgements in a separate section at the end of the article. An abstract is required for publication.
Review Policy
All articles appearing in this online journal are submitted to a blind review process.
