Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a vital administrative leader responsible for ensuring that ILA’s operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position emphasizes supporting the Board’s directives, coordinating organizational functions, managing communications, and preserving institutional knowledge.

The Operations Manager will concentrate on core organizational functions, including administrative coordination, membership management, communications, and event support. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to uphold operational stability and continuity.

The Operations Manager role has been newly established to address ILA’s core operational needs. This position replaces certain administrative functions previously associated with the Executive Director role, with a focus on streamlining day-to-day operations and supporting the Board’s directives.
